Difficult clients with impossible questions. Legacy equipment that just won't work. Jobsite meltdowns. Frank White and Patrick Hartman will teach integrators how to answer the hardest asks and expected the unexpected with a course called "Hardballing" at CEDIA 2017. This incredibly informative -- and at times terrifying ("He drilled through a Renoir?") -- podcast previews the class with White, Hartman, and CEDIA's Walt Zerbe and Ed Wenck.

I am very much looking forward to this class. Hoping to walk away a lot more confident when dealing with tough questions from clients. As well as being better prepared so I don't have to deal with those questions from the start!
